I have been waiting for this photo shoot pretty much since Leann and Shane started dating. For those of you who don't know, Leann is my little sister. She is so dear to my heart and I'm so happy she found love! Not only did she let me take these dreamy photos of them, but she let me do her makeup too! (Leann never let me do her makeup growing up, so this is a big sister dream-come-true lol). Can't wait for the big day! Congrats you two!
I am so in love with this couples photo shoot! We decided to take the pictures at Elbow Falls, which is just 50 minutes outside of Calgary. It was the perfect day to take pictures too! It was so warm for October. The sunlight was soft and romantic. Denae and Matt were so easy to capture, they really are a great fit for one another.
Fun Fact about Denae: She was one of my very first customers when I first started this business. And a fun fact about her and Matt: They met on Tinder! I guess it really does work ;)
Last Tuesday, I had the opportunity to take pictures at a work event that was held for designers and architects alike. Our guests learned about Pinterest as a design tool and how to utilize it in their daily lives.
Their artistic skills were also put to the test in a canvas creation competition and the results were inspiring!
From Pinterest worthy sips and eats, to the canvas competition and an informative presentation,
fun and learning was had by all!
I've known Breanne for about 7 years now. We use to dance at the same dance studio back in high school together. Though we've both gone our separate ways since then, it was fun getting back together with her and her boyfriend of 3 1/2 years to get some adorable country themed pictures! Breanne is now a hair stylist (and does an amazing job, I know because she did my hair and I loved it!) and Kyle works for an energy company as a power line technician. They are a lovely couple and love to have fun together, as you can clearly see in these pictures.
Though it be small, downtown Provo has a magic all of its own. I wouldn't have been able to capture this magic if it weren't for my wonderful model who wore the perfect city girl outfit to accent this historic stretch of town. Let me tell you a little bit about her. Liz Kaouk. She is originally from Venezuela but has mostly lived in Provo. She is friendly, charismatic and adorable! Seriously, you need to hear this girl laugh because she can light up a room! I can't wait to shoot with her again this weekend where we'll get some more fancy formal photos. Stay tuned!
Inspired by Banana Republics "Style Throw Down," Jordan and I went out to the capitol building in Salt Lake and captured these fresh fashion photos! Jordan currently juggles being a full time student along with being the manager at the Banana Republic in University Mall in Orem! What a dashing, hard working fella!
